This restaurant does not feel like family to him.

The lighting is very dull and there is nothing that says Greece to him.

The gas suddenly gets cut off mid service.

There is a gas bill for $5,500 that hasn’t been paid so the company shut it off.

Bobby will now have to tell the customers that there will be no food.

He didn’t have the money to pay the gas bill but knew Robert was coming for a month.

Bobby is working on paying the bill.

Robert meets with the staff and tells them this was the worst service he’s ever seen.

He tells them to sit down because it is going to take a while.

One of the staff members says that Bobby makes it impossible for any of them to do their job.

Haleigh says that Tara works 13–14-hour shifts.

Bobby makes her feel like her role isn’t her actual job.

He’ll take over her manager role mid shift.

Robert confronts Bobby about this information.

The staff and volunteers begin taking everything out of the restaurant.

Robert says if this is the best Bobby’s got then he should leave.

He challenges Bobby to make him something from the heart.

Their food and labor costs are good but they just need to bring in business.

Robert tries the dish Bobby made for him.

This time, it was so much better.

Robert loves it and asks why he doesn’t cook like this all the time.

Robert invites Bobby’s daughter Christina to find out more.

Christina thinks that Bobby is trying to fill in his father’s shoes.

The stress and his health issues are too much.

Bobby has diabetes and needs to take the time to focus on his health.

He can’t do this as he’s too busy with the restaurant.

Robert wants to know what is making him feel like he has to overextend himself.

The next day, Robert arrives and meets Bobby.

Bobby was asked to make a list of everything he does throughout the day.

Robert wants to show Bobby that it is impossible for him to do everything.

He needs to delegate and lead the staff.

Robert shows Bobby his take on the original dishes.

Robert uses fresh ingredients to make them.

These new versions of the recipes are low on food costs and taste amazing.

The construction team begins making the finishing touches to the restaurant.

Robert is setting the tables.

They are an hour and a half later than planned.

Bobby says he was devastated when Robert told him he doesn’t like the restaurant.

Robert walks him into the restaurant.
