Why Should I Credit You?

If you are copying the content on my blog posts onto Wikipedia, Fandom or Reddit, please credit me and please do not copy it word for word.

I believe in the sharing of information and have no objections to the information from my website being shared as long as credit is given and it is presented in a different format and not word for word copy and pasted.

I do not want to but if my livelihood continues to be under attack, I will be forced to submit DMCA requests to have the information removed from either the website or from Google.

With dated history available on Fandom and copies of my website existing on Wayback Machine back to 2016, I can prove the content existed on my site first.

When you copy the content word for word, it creates duplicate content.

Google punishes me for this.

Most of my MasterChef and much of my Hell's Kitchen content/updates have been copied word for word over on Fandom Wikipedia with no credit.

This has led to a rankings decline as it makes it look like I have copied the information from there when it is the other way round.

I will always be punished as my site is a small site.

I now need to reword and rearrange my content to make it non-duplicate.

I'm a one man (woman) band.

I started the site back in 2011, when I was the first dedicated update site for Kitchen Nightmares.

I started with a BlogSpot URL, transitioned over to kitchennightmaresblog.com and eventually amalgamated all of my sites into this site.

The site has grown to over 750 posts and there is much more to come.

I've been hit by Google updates, especially with results prioritising Reddit.

Chat GPT and the AI overview have also take precious traffic away.

Many of the top ranking Reddit results are also copy and pasted or slight rewords from my content, with no credit.
