Next Level Chef US Season 4 aired from 13th February to 15th May 2025.
There were 15 contestants and the show aired on FOX.
The chefs compete to be named the Next Level Chef by competing in cookery challenges.
If the contestants do well they move up a level and when they perform poorly they drop levels.
The prize for the winner was mentorship by all three mentors and $250,000 cash.
In this season, the mentors were Gordon Ramsay, Nyesha Arrington and Richard Blais.

Beatrice Heirigs was a Professional chef from Flagstaff, Arizona.
She was mentored by Gordon Ramsay.
Beatrice was a runner up due to her undercooked sweet potatoes.

She was studying Culinary arts and Hotel Restaurant Management at the Culinary Institute of New York.
Beatrice currently a chef at Cactus Wren.
Becca Guevara was a Social media chef from Denver, Colorado.
She was mentored by Nyesha Arrington.
Becca was eliminated in episode 10 after her duck dish didn't impress Gordon.
After Next Level Chef, Becca is a food content creator.
She got married in September 2025.
Bobby Hicks was a Social media chef from Coconut Creek, Florida.
He was mentored by Nyesha Arrington.
Bobby was eliminated in episode 13 after his halibut dish had a heavy sauce.
After Next Level Chef, Bobby is a food content creator.
He is the creator of Retro Recipes Kitchen.
Bobby cooks and reviews retro recipes.
Brandon Rogers was a Professional chef from Chicago, Illinois.
He was mentored by Richard Blais.
Brandon was eliminated in episode 13 after his rack of lamb wasn't evenly cooked.
After Next Level Chef, Brandon is a Private Chef.
He cooks for professional athletes in the NFL and MLB.
Brandon and other contestants offered a private dining experience called The Seventh Course.
He is an Ambassador for The Veraison Project.
Cathy Cann was a Home cook from Stratford, Connecticut.
She was mentored by Nyesha Arrington.
Cathy was eliminated in episode 5 despite praise for her cauliflower steak with coconut curry.
After Next Level Chef, Cathy is a Private Chef.
She also owns Cats Kitchen Co, a catering company.
Cathy offers corporate services, grazing tables and a mobile catering trailer.
Iman Kawa was a Professional chef from New York City.
She was mentored by Nyesha Arrington.
Iman was eliminated in episode 8 after her swordfish dish was deemed the worst of the two dishes.
After Next Level Chef, Iman owns Better Than Your Mother’s Cookies.
She creates gourmet custom cookies.
Iman also offers private chef dining experiences.
Jeff Kim was a Social media chef from Fountain Valley, California.
He was mentored by Richard Blais.
Jeff was eliminated in episode 7 after his mashed potatoes let down his lamb and port dish.
After Next Level Chef, Jeff is a YouTuber.
He posts videos as The CrunchBros, which also features his son.
Maryam Ishtiaq was a Home cook from Dallas, Texas.
She was mentored by Richard Blais.
Maryam was eliminated in episode 6 after her monkfish ramen was deemed the worst dish.
After Next Level Chef, Maryam is the owner of It's Actually.
They sell broth and other products.
She is also a Private Chef, offering private dining services.
Meg Sheley was a Social media chef from Minneapolis, Minnesota.
She was mentored by Gordon Ramsay.
Meg withdrew in episode 6 due to medical reasons.
After Next Level Chef, Meg is a recipe developer and posts recipes online.
She is also a Private Chef.
Megan Keno was a Home cook from Auburn, Washington.
She was mentored by Richard Blais.
Megan was a runner up due to her undercooked green beans.
After Next Level Chef, Megan is a food blogger and content creator.
She republished her cookbook called Cast Iron Gourmet.
Mistie Knight was a Social media chef from Las Vegas, Nevada.
She was mentored by Gordon Ramsay.
Mistie was eliminated in episode 4 after her pork piccata lacked capers.
After Next Level Chef, Mistie and her husband are YouTubers and content creators with millions of followers.
They mix magic and cooking on Kyle & Mistie Knight.
The couple also do live shows and performances.
Natalia Gutierrez was a Home cook from Los Angeles, California.
She was mentored by Nyesha Arrington.
Natalia was eliminated in episode 9 despite receiving praise for her chicken dish.
After Next Level Chef, Natalia is a food content creator.
Ryan Scanlon was a Professional chef from Boston, Massachusetts.
He was mentored by Gordon Ramsay.
Ryan was eliminated in episode 12 after his fish dish fell apart and the herbs weren't right.
Gordon offered him at a job at one of his restaurants.
After Next Level Chef, Ryan is a chef at Pammy's Cambridge.
He is also a Private Chef and has hosted pop up dinners.
